coworkers......?

are coworkers competitive w/ one another when the one they are competing against is in the same chain of command as the they are? even to the point of deceit?

1. motivational buisness speaker robert kiwasaki said it best "The number one rule of buisness is don't f*ck anybody [over]" It does happen. But it will always come back. Ever heard of catching more bees with honey?
2. It really depends on what the company is, and what type of work they are achieving to compete for.
3. Coworkers are competetive sometimes with one another, there is no doubt about that, however being deceitful is only done by a few, you can't lump everybody in with that one, most bosses know the ones that are that way.
